well after the advise of many on here to go back to the docs to give me a benzo , have to say its the beat move i have made , thankyou paula and lois for the recomendaton , little wobbly and dazed for 10 mins after taking but a great help , ive been at work yesterday and today like a new man

that’s good. I took a benzo everyday for about 3 weeks than made sure I only took it if I absolutely needed it. So try not to rely too much on them. Glad your feeling better. I’m finally normal again after 13 weeks!!! You will be too. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
