I've been on these great tablets for three months I was 15.11 now 13.03 I wee loads and loads ...stay with it they do work 😁😁

You have to drink alot of water to pass alot

Hi, can I ask what your diet involves please?

All I've done Is use a smaller plate and stop eating rubbish and drinking coke ..and I feel great 😁

I eat veg and fruit for lunch everyday 

normal evening meal just smaller portion.
