Hi I have this kind of dead skin patches on my penis shaft and it burns when I have a shower, I have had this befor, it comes and goes can anyone tell me what it could be from?

you may well have a fungal infection - most often that is caused by unprotected penetrative vaginal sex
This is a severe dermatological reaction going on: have you been applying anything like a cream or ointment to your penis recently?
If not, think of ALL the things that are in contact with the skin of your penis, such as soap, shower gel, skin creams and lotions, lubes for sex and masturbation, condoms - and so on.
