I have really bad anxiety whenever I eat food as I feel like it gets stuck in my throat. I don't think it does as I eat/drink afterwards fine. When this happens I always end up feeling panicky or have a really bad panic attack. It was worse a few days ago when I felt like I couldn't breath, felt dizzy etc. I also hate being in an enclosed space that it's hard to get out of e.g a theatre. I can feel my anxiety rising so I have to take sips of water. Over the past few months these panic attacks have gotten worse and more frequent. Any tips/advice on how to reduce or overcome this?
Claire Weekes has some very good audio recordings that can help with all this. Her audio recordings are on anxiety, panic, panic attacks. I recommend them.

If not already I would advise you to talk with your GP and have yor throat checked. It may be anxiety although I feel you need to be put your concerns to rest and move on
