Hi there, I'm really desperate. I am burping constantly in upwards of 100 times / day. I have consistently very raised Faecal Calprotectin. I have had a Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, Video-capsule Endoscopy and a small bowel MRI. The only findings are a hiatal hernia, Esophagitis and Acid Reflux. I do get acid regurgitating inside my mouth at times but the burping is so severe and present at almost all times, it's just debilitating. I really think something else is going on because I'm not feeling well. I'm feeling very tired and my stools do not seem ok. Can anyone think of anything that could cause this amount of excessive, uncontrolled burping ? I am on Omeprazole 80mg/day for months, it's only helping with the acid. Is it worth exploring the following? Pancreas Gallbladder Bile Ducts SIBO ? Lactose Intolerance? This is so debilitating that I would be shocked if nothing else is causing my symptoms. I can't cope with all this anymore. I'm hoping to get the Stretta procedure, but I feel really strongly that there is something else wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Marius
