I’m 18 and never masturbated. After every w*t dream, I get a deep ache at the top of both testicles and the base of my penis. Shortly after, I get an automatic erection, and the pain lasts about 30 minutes. Sometimes during the same day I feel lusty, and if I try to fight it, the ache comes back. There is no swelling, redness, fever, or urinary problems. The pain goes away when the arousal calms down (in a new day). This has been happening since I started having wet dreams.
I want to know if this is normal and if there’s a way to prevent or relieve it.
