Deep Grooves on Penis Glan

Hello,

For about a year now I have noticed these deep grooves on the head of my penis that show when my penis is erect. I have tried antifungal creams, lotions and hydrocortisone steroids and nothing has helped. I am wondering if anything can be done to fix this? Or is it normal?

that looks pretty normal to me also i wouldnt bother putting any creams on it theres no need to use anti fungals because theres nothing there to treat
