There are several Facebook groups for facelift surgery. Research your surgeon carefully. I had a deep plane and neck lift last year. I’m pleased rather than over the moon.

Good Morning, what’s a plane facial?! I’m due a full face lift in November and wondered what surgery you’d had.

I looked into this a lot before doing mine. Recovery wasn’t terrible, but definitely not quick — I was pretty swollen for the first 2 weeks, and bruising lasted around 3 weeks. Most people say full healing takes a few months, and that was true for me. The results are subtle but solid — lifted but not fake. Just make sure you go to someone experienced with the deep plane technique.
