Deeply Concerned With This

This has been going on for a week. . The only thing has changed is the type of lube that my wife and I started using a little over a month ago. Diet, hygiene sexual activity is very constant as in no changes. I don't have any discharge or burning when peeing.
I have taken 3 Days of Fluconazole @ 150Mg with no changes. I have been taking Bactrin for 11 days now for a unrelated issue. My wife and I are stumped to say the least. I'm thinking a doctors visit is in order. I am essentially very healthy. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. image

looks like thrush to me
but could be a reaction from the new lube you started to use..
wash only with warm water NO soaps and dont masterbate or have sex for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.
but i would say its thrush so you will need some cream from the doctor to clear that up

Ben has this precisely right - you have a skin reaction of some kind, it could be the lube, an infection your wife has, something you are not recognising or a combination of factors.
If this persists see a Dermatologist - as Ben also suggests, the longer you can abstain from sex / and or masturbation may pay real dividends in the the near future for the health status of your penis …

I went to my doctor today. Long story short is that it’s an allergic reaction to the Bactrim. Bactrim is a Sulpha type of antibiotic. He prescribed me Predezone and a steriod cream.
I really appreciate the advice from you guys! I’m glad I stumbled upon this site!
