Delayed side effects of citalopram

ive been taking citalopram for about 15 months and on 40mg for about 4 months. I had the nausea for a couple of weeks and tiredness which is quite common I guess. 

But in the last couple of weeks I've started having terrible night sweats /cold sweats. I was wondering if any one else has had this and after a while of taking cit ? 

Any comments appreciated

Yes ..on 40 mg I had terrible sweating and insomnia ..I think it's too high ..

Thanks, guess another trip to the doctor is needed. Did you get it straight away or a while after taking them?

No it wasn't straight away ..but as time went on it became crippling
