Depersonalisation and feeling detached

Hi everyone as any1 ever experienced depersonalisation due to anxiety and also feeling detached from ure luv1s. The doctor said it’s all down to my anxiety. Any advice or reassurance please x

Debra yes im the same dont want to socializing with my family its weird feeling i just about manage to go to work

I was on a lot of meds before December. I felt love Le a complete zombie. Since withdrawing I have felt more human but meds definitely dull our senses. I tend to feel very flat most days. Bad head fog and anxiety. So yes, you are not alone!

HI Lorraine how long Av u been feeling like it? It’s scary int it. Do u feeling like uve lost ureself. Is it true it’s because of the anxiety. How long Av u been on ure antidepressants? How long do they take to kick in x

Debra been on sertraline for month on 100mg not much improvement so on 150 as from today hope dont have more side affects
