I got really bad depersonalisation -feel like a walk in zombie .don’t feel I’m here.I got given celex as they said do comes with anxiety.has anyone cures do with celex???
hi there I have this 3 months now 24/7 but it is harmless and symptom of aniexty get some rest and distraction I know it is very ass kicking experience for sure but we have to go through
this no medication will help you it will just lower your aniexty or depression I started to live with rather than focusing on it in this 3 months it’s been a tell of a experience welcome to dpdr haha don’t get scared god bless see you on recovery from. this
I don’t know for certain, but I’ve constantly been told that if you can get your anxiety down with the celexa that hopefully the symptoms of depersonalization will fade away as its a symptom and sign of your brain attempting to take you out of the mindset of what causes anxiety. I used an antidepressant and it did worked for me for dp I think meds dont help that much but a mindset will dp is symptom of aniexty and I don’t have any stress now or aniexty but it is there it will take time to recover and waiting for the day that this ■■■■ will end
i was put on buspar for anxiety with dissociation being a symptom and it went away for the most part once my dose was correct
