Depersonalization/Derealization/Depression/Anxiety/Irritated

All of those things in the title are what I’m experiencing I’ve tried so many techniques I’m starting to get scared that I’m going to be like this forever. Tired of going to the ER because they say I’m healthy every time I go. I’ve been so depressed lately. I don’t want to do anything anymore and that’s not how I am. I do have Zoloft but the anxiety is making me scared to take it. I have been under a lot of stress these last 3 months also. 

Guys, even i want an advice on the same. It's been six months now since i am suffering from depression and anxiety. I think this situation is making me crazy and I cannot deal with it anymore. PLEASE HELP!

What happens when you get derealization?   

Take the medication it will help lift your mood, maybe try speaking to a councillor too. 

Also trying to find a way to release your stress will help. Yoga meditation a walk etc anything active will also help 

Definitely not alone I hope you will find something that will help you 

I feel like nothing is real. And my it seems like I’m looking at things out of a glass window. So scary.

I know it’s scary.  I have had derealization too, when driving and that’s weird and scary. 

The neurologist said it can happen with stress and severe anxiety.  

Best thing you can do is relax your mind as much as you can.

Dont take life too seriously.

Do simple things that make you feel happy, makes you laugh, etc.

Listen to great meditations on you tube for Anxiety daily. There are hundreds! 

One that I love is called “Deepest positive sleep Guided meditation “.  It completely relaxes my mind and body.    

I learned that nothing is worth ruining our health. 

Put yourself first for a change.

Get Counseling if you can.

Exercise, eat healthy, smell the roses.

There are actually millions of people who get derealization.  

Basically, when you are stressed, your brain wants to protect you from the stressor, so it tries to block it out and that’s why you get derealization.  Amazing how the brain works to keep us safe.  So in turn, we need to take care of our brain.
