I’ve started Depo January 8th, 5 days after giving birth. My last shot was March 30th. Since having my first shot I’ve had terrible headaches, constant dizziness and extreme anxiety. I read on one forum where these are side effects but I didn’t think “side effects” lasted this long... has anyone else experienced this while on it?
I haven’t had the depo myself but I have been on the implant which contains a lot of the same hormones.

It messed me up! I was ok for about 7/8 months and then it all went south. My anxiety was bad to the point I was actually too scared to get off my bus at my stop because I felt like everyone was watching me. It was a s****y time but it made me realise that anxiety that comes off any form of contraception is not ok. Go get it changed, if it’s not for u then that’s ok there are plenty more u can try x
