I wish I could feel normal again like I was about a month ago. I have had problems remembering names and what I watch on TV earlier. I do not seem to forget important things like taking meds. I have had a lot of anxiety too. I have lost interest in things I use to enjoy. I cannot find comfort in anything anymore, I am just so depressed. My doctor increased my Lexapro from 10mg to 20mg.
Hi Tim. I understand just how you feel..it is like a black hole that you cannot climb out of....antidepressants can be a great help....I have been on 200 mgs of sertraline for many, many years and they have helped me immensely....I also take 300mgs pregabalin for both anxiety and pain relief...try to keep on with your medication, rest when you feel the need to ...but if you can go out and meet family and friends...or maybe join a support group to talk to others who understand......eat and rest well...it does get better in time...and don't be ashamed or afraid to talk about it....I wish you well...take care ALWAYS....DEIRDRE...xxxx

Hi Tim I am on 150mg of sertraline daily and I had some memory issues. I had a ragged hole where the memory should have been. I also went off reading and music (2 of my lifelong hobbies). She said I had been drifting left of centre a bit and needed some counselling. Maybe yours is the same? Or it could just be the meds? x
