I've had these for years but always thought it was regular to have them. They do not itch or start to form like ulcers, they're just there and bother me when it comes appearance. Also, lately i've noticed they started forming more. I may be over thinking but I just want help especially from someone that knows better!

These little hairy bumps around the circumference of the glans are coronal papillae (Google); you have nothing to worry about and no treatment is necessary. All men have them, but there are racial differences in terms of size and appearance, that’s all.
