Irregular washing or not washing your genitalia well can cause it to build up. It is normal to have some smegma but when left alone it may produce an unpleasant odor and cause itchiness. When showering, it is important that you wash between the folds of your labia and that you clean underneath the clitoral hood.

There are no warts, everything looks normal, maybe you just have a yeast infection. You can get antifungals at any pharmacy. I would try that first.
Again, there are no warts… This is a normal Mucosa. Maybe you mean the papillomatosis, but that’s normal after pregnancy or infections.
