Im really struggling i have anorexia depression and anxiety and using alcohol to cope. I npw realise it is getting out of control my use of alcohol is getting worse and im at my wits end!! I also have borderline personality disorder and been through 4 years of hell messy divorce and was in a very controlling marriage. Womens aid was involved . I have a very good doctor but scared as hell at the moment as just want to die but the added complicatipn is have son at home who dropped out of uni because of mh issues. I feel utter despair just need to die

the Samaritans do a fantastic job and are totally impartial and non-judgemental.
They now offer their help via text messages for people who find it hard to talk
