Hi Julie here how is everyone today I haven't been on for a couple of days felt a little low yesterday I have redued my meds down to 5mgs of citlopram feel ok . Dr said just to take it slow but if I need to th Dr said I can up it back to 10mgs .
Hi Julie, hope you still feel ok on your 5mg of citalopram. Now you've cut down if you can stay on top then that's a great achievement, possibly on the way to stopping them all together.. keep going and stay positive 😃
