Depressed

is it possible to be having shortness of breath even when you're not feeling anxious....or something else could possibly be wrong....I'm so worried at times...

Firstly Kerian, have you been checked out by your GP? Don't mention anxiety!!!!! , blood pressure, oxygen level in blood, usual  stuff ie ashma? I'm 67! And a fitness nut, squash, gym, running, 3ish years ago I started with breathing?????  Sensation? Best way to describe it! Chest xrays, lung and heart scans, and an echo cardiogram everything OK, like today I'm on a longish run, I'm not bragging but my pulse is low, I don't get out of breath running! The muscles around my torso back, stomach are permanently crammed, stopping me deep breathing, but the further I go and push my speed the easier it becomes.

I have been checked, ECGs,chest x-ray, oxygen all is fine....I'm just worried over all this....I'm done doing six ECGS.....all are perfect...

It is health anxiety nothing sinister or real, your body it so tense you are unconsciously observing every new sensation and the focusing all your energy on it, thank god there is nothing physically wrong with you, you are healthy you are safe you are well. These sensations will disappear when you accept them for what they are, not real just your mind and body using your worst fears as an outlet for anxious energy

Yes, It could be possible of having shortness of breath, when you are taking stress and it could be sign of health weakness. So you have to consult to doctor.
