Hope someone can help or reassure. I'm currently suffering from depression and anxiety and recently started hearing angry shouting in my head. I am currently on citalopram. Has anyone experienced something similiar? And was this linked to your depression? Desperately seeking help. Thank you in advance.
yes caused by depression but mostly anxiety. I’ve heard of many people having that happen to with anxietyand depression.. also check the side effects of your medication or talk to your doctor.

you are not going crazy! The brain is a very complex organ and when it gets disrupted by anxiety or depression,m any different symptoms can occur. They are not harmful but I know how weird they can be. See if you can get some counseling for your anxiety to calm everything down. Take care
