Depression is bad I need help!

Hello everyone I have been suffering from depression for 2 almost 3 months now and this is actually my second time suffering I suffered first when I was 20 and I'm suffering again now I'm 29 bit this time it is bad I haven't gotten on any medication yet I have an appointment with a physiatrist next week I have been to the ER 6 times in the last month the always do blood work and I end up being diagnosed with anything bladder infection fatigue malaise depression is a serious disease that affects your mind and body I wanted to know if anyone suffers from my symptoms vision changes, nausea, nervousness, flu like tingling feelings in my leg (sometimes in my head) feeling aches and pain feeling like I can't sit down uneasiness feeling trembling in my body I am convinced I have something else that the er could not find I feel like I'm going crazy I need help does anyone experience these symptoms or did if so did they go away? and did depression go away I feel like I'm dying and its going to be too late before doctors find out what's wrong

Saikia - some of your symptoms are very similar to mine - I think it is severe depression.. I also feel physically ill and achy, blurry vision, nausea, anxiety, resltessness etc. This maybe doesn't help you but depression can do awful things to you.

I started on Cymbalta and my doctor just switched me to Lexapro I was only on Cymbalta for 8 days but it immediately took away the nausea anxiety and restlessness I still have blurry vision and I have tension headaches and I still Dont feel normal I hope these meds help because I just wanna feel normal again what symptoms are you having

All sorts - I feel physically sick as well and shaky,, upset stomach etc. How is it going on the Lexapro? Why did the gp switch from Cymbalta. I have a fear of medication.

I felt the same way I kept going to the ER and they kept saying nothing is wrong and kept doing labs everything was normal I am still sick though I just started lexapro yesterday so no change yet I was switched from Cymbalta because my insurance didn't pay for it I have Northstar I also had a fear of medication mine got so bad I checked myself into a mental health place last week because I wanted to be watched on medication I really didn't get any side effects on cymbalta only yawning and I didn't get any from lexapro the doctor told me to cut in half first 4 days I'm on 10 mills but I think you should get on meds if all your blood work is normal
