I'm into my Third week on Fluoxitine, and i find it incredibly hard to Ejaculate, or even get pleasure out of sex.
Will this go away? or will this side effect stay with me while on the medicaine? and is there any other anti depressents that will not have this effect on me?

I think if it's affecting you that way now then it probably will stay with u . Maybe better to talk to your dr now and see if you can switch.There definitely are ones without that effect but it's a matter of trial and error.
I can tell you that I experienced this same issue when taking this class of anti-depressant meds. SSRI's are notorious for adversly effecting orgasm. Anorgasmia is how i defined it. It ended when I ended SSRI's. I was taking Paxil for a number of years but had similar experiences with others in that class of antidepressants. I have no regrets since I quit the meds (but I also was taking prostate meds, including floxmax, hytrin and avodart. Those drugs caused similar problems -what another writer has referred to as loss of feeling at orgasm--so it was very frustrating until I had urolyft surgery two months ago. Now, the feeling is returning and my flow is moving back to where it was more than 10 years ago (I am 69 years old)
