Depression, venlafaxine and side effects

Hi 

I currently am suffering from depression and have been put on Venlafaxine and am getting side effects...... which are..... finding it difficult to start to urinate and also going increased frequency.. are these normal side effects? and does anyone else suffer from these.?

Hi Ross, I'm not sure as I've never had that type. Does it not show on the info leaflet? If not you could call a chemist and maybe check with the pharmacist or you GP. Sorry I couldn't give more help x

Hi Ross, exactly same side effect I had, it wears off. I find I cant finish having a pea and end up going back.
