Does anyone know a homeopathic medication that can help derealization?
Deralisation is typically a symptom of a condition like anxiety - although rarely it can be the main condition. There is not really anything to help it other than dealing with the root cause. Once that is resolved then the symptoms will fade

Homeopathic Practitioners treat each person as an unique individual & as a whole – body, mind, and spirit – and consider that all symptoms are inter-related. For the sake of balance its important to remember that Homeopathy has no scientific basis,and all studies to date which show its success have been widely discredited. At the same time if someone feels positive about it,then that's no bad thing, but its a field which is unproven at best, and has been shown to have no medicinal benefits
well perhaps someday science will catch up the subtlities of the human condition........?
