How long has it been like that? it could be from shaving or that kind of tight fitting underwear rubbing against your skin
Hi, your skin looks a little dry too. It seems more irritated than anything else. Keep your skin clean with gentle soap. If you can avoid underwear for a few days to minimize friction, it should go away quickly. I’ve learned the hard way that less is more but you can apply a little of petroleum jelly.
