what u recommend regarding full day meal

You can eat most foods, in moderation. Learn to count carbs, and limit every meal to about 60 carbs at first, the exact number is not too important, but you have to stop eating 200 carb or 500 carb meals! And while there are two opinions on snacking, my opinion is to cut out snacks as close to 100% as you can.
I find in most restaurants (but not all!) I can order a hamburger or a sandwich, just so I get it with a side salad and NOT FRENCH FRIES, and have a zero-carb drink like iced tea, that usually comes to about 50-60 carbs and it’s just fine.
Lots of stuff online about diabetic diets, but the trick is to learn the carb numbers on all your favorite foods, and after a while it’s not even a problem anymore.

Hey moderator I’m sorry about some double-posts, but the site response is so slow sometimes, I don’t seem to have gotten a response, and the button is still enabled, and I click it again. Tell your developers to, y’know, work on it.

I eat 2 weetabix with skim milk and 1 tbs of flaxseed and 1 of chia seeds with it. I then eat 2 slices of toasted white bread with butter and soft philadelphia cheese plus coffee. hope thats not too many carbs.

Good post. I would add to eat more often during the day, but less calories per meal. This allows for more stable BG. I personally shoot for 5 meals per day with 10-20 grams of Carbs per meal. Best indication you are doing the right eating things is to monitor your BG levels frequently.
