Diabetic and IBS

Struggling to combine these two into a food plan. Any ideas anyone?

many years of managing my DH with this issue…you know what foods set off your IBS dont go there. mainly dont eat junk food or eating out is always a no no. managing IBS is a long term issue, eat yogurt no sugar . yogurt will help your IBS issues a bunch. eat 3 a day before meals. the rest is easy, ask for a dietician appt to help get started. The Mediterranean Diet emphasizes plant-based foods and healthy fats. You eat mostly veggies, fruits and whole grains. Olive oil is the main help with keeping healthy fats in your diet. stay with healthy food groups and less carbs .
There are many online groups to join also. lots of walking and daily activities to keep moving and to keep weight in check. and falling off the diet is normal. it’s really a change of life style. takes time. dont be discouraged when days are a bit off. just keep it moving stay away from restaurants, fast foods that’s half the battle.
