I've been diagnosed with Lichen Planus (confirmed by biopsy) after repeated trauma to my genital area (multiple sexual assaults by my ex). I never had anything like that before those assaults. Does anybody have similar experience? My OB-GYN refuses to link trauma to LP diagnosis. No positive prognosis for treatment. I have been using Clobetasol ointment with very little success. Would appreciate any opinion/similar experience. Thanks!
