Has anyone had success in treating acd reflux by excercising the diaphragm by doing diaphragm breathing? Likewise, has anyone found correcting their posture helpful?

im trying breathing exercises from last month. I feel already a bit better especially if I do it after eating.
I read domewhere that u need to keep doing it for at least 9 months to see the results.

Hi, what kind of breathing exercises are you doing?
I exhale completely from my mouth and try to push my belly inside towards my back, then inhale from my nose. I do it aftrer eating around 5 minutes, whenever i feel something in my troat and before sleeping.
They say you should do it around 30 min each day to get the good results.
