Diarrhea after normal bowel movement - 8months treat intestinal tuberculosis

Hello, before 1 year doctors find intestinal tuberculosis and treat me 8 months with rifampicin 600mg and Isoniazid 300mg per day. Before to find tuberculosis I have 4-8 diarrheas per day and when I start my treatment they decreased to 3 per day. On months 7-8 I start to receive normal normal bowel movements. But when I stop my pills on **month 8** my diarrhea come back (3 per day). My doctors made a colonoscopy and said I was cured and this diarrhea is due to the longer drinking of pills. But now 6 months after I stop the bills my diarrhea is still here. I stopped the gluten and the sweet but that did not help. *The interesting thing is that my bowel movements begin as hard as a healthy person and suddenly switch to diarrhea. First 10cm everything is fine and after this start diarrhea every time.... Is the flora still damaged and when to expect it to recover and what to do :( I have no temperature, no weight loss, no fatigue, and I feel awesome. I will be extremely grateful to everyone who help me :) Regards,

After antibiotics, good gut flora can get stripped out. Try yoghurt to rebuild your gut bacteria. Other probiotic foods include saurkraut and sourdough.
