I have been hit by very watery (explosive) diarrhea the past 4 days. I have about 1-2 episodes in a day mostly at night or early morning.

Low grade fever / slight headache

Weakness

Bad smelling fart

Reduced appetite

I plan to book a doctor's appointment soon. I am taking paracetamol and flagyl, but symptoms persist. What could this be? Thanks.

Could be a bug; try plenty of fluids and imodium.  If no better after a week, see your doctor.

Hi, add antibiotic [ciprofloxacin-500mg]twice a day with probiotic[Lactobacillus]twice a day and drink ORS fluid.
