i saw a gp yestedsy and he said this redness does not look like herpes. he gave me acream but its not working. what do you think?

that picture was taken on friday. today it looks like this . ita has been 3 days. if it was herpes it would have been a bit bigger right? i think it had stayed the same. let me know what you think
