Oh no, has anyone developed a yeast infection during recovery?? At least I think its yeast, pain and itching and the affected tissue is extremely bright red. It is extending from the outside all the way up inside making me want to dig and rub too hard to scratch...which if course would be really bad. Normal part of recovery or possibly a really poorly timed yeast infection?
Hi I felt the beginning of one in day 3 so my Dr prescribed me fluconazole caps to take and canesten cream to apply externally . I still have no feeling inside so I just went by the external itch .seems to have done the trick.
Yes I did,it was very bad coupled with a severe urine infection too.Was on antibiotics and canesten pessary and cream which did the trick. Hope you feel better soon
Not this time but antibiotics usually spark off a bout of thrush for me and caneston clears it up fairly quickly. If that's what it is I sympathise, it's very unpleasant.
