Hi Margaret, I cannot help you there.  I haven't got the book, but I am sure someone on the site will have it and if not they will have advice on anti inflammatory foods.  Good luck.  Pat

Margaret, fifties girl posted a diet list in 2012 given to her by her nutritionist. It is excellent - you won't need the book!!

You can find it on  "PMR diets".
