Hello, my name is Kirsty i am 20 years of age. I was yesterday diagnosed with PCOS. I am over weight (not drastically) and was advised that losing weight would be a good choice for me i have previously trued but not stuck to a diet, maybe this is the push i need. I was wondering if any ladies in the same situation as me has any advise about which diet is best?
