Differenr between gential warts and vestibular papillomatosis?

As I noticed changes in my vagina recently, I just wanted people's experiences to see if they have went through the same things. After looking I did turn to google to looks things up and I came across gential warts and vestibular papillomatosis. I'm unsure if they are related to what I've seen online but I have attatched a couple of photos just for people's opinions.

I have had a home test and everything came back negative but I'm awaiting an appointment for medical advice. I would be forever grateful for a reply to stop overthing/worrying. I don't have any symptoms what so ever. Plus has anyone explained any changes with approaching 30 and having the coil? Thanks x!
