A shooting pain along the shin bone. My ankle is swollen too.Think I have done too much today. Another thing that happens to me
is every night about 6ish I get freezing cold.Anyone else have the same? x
Hi Joan, funny you should tell us about your shin, i did my 2nd P/T today and asked him that question about my shin, ive had that pain since my second week am 26 days post opp and he said its proberly were they have clamped your ankle during your opp, which will take time to go away , and i also get very cold late afternoon hav,nt a clue what thats all about . maybe are body,s are still recovering from the opp, hope the pain eases off
I haven't had pain in my shin but I do get very cold in the late afternoon and evening even though I am menopausal (sorry guys) and don't usually ever feel cold! I am 8 weeks poet op so hoping to feel near normal soon! X
I think your prob doing too much and need to rest a bit more and I think the reason we all get cold is cos were tired and the blood thinners have thinned our blood which is bound to make us chilled???
