On Jan 8 an Ultrasound showed I had small gallstones, a week later another Ultrasound showed what appeared to be as sludge, and now, a third one shows a Big polyp. How can this be posible? Who do I believe?
They can all be true. I had 3 ultrasounds as well. First one showed small gallstones, second they couldn’t see them but gallbladder was very distended then third one they could see the small gallstones again. The ultrasound is very operator dependant. Have they decided what they want to do about it? xx
They said they have to take the gallbladder out. But I have referred to a surgeon who Im going to see on Tuesday.
If it’s causing you pain then I’d definitely get it taken out xx
