I have been diagnosed with gastritis . But after eating more gastric bubbles are created in stomach which causes uncomfortable feeling can someone help
I Had gastritis in January. Something that helped was eating smaller amounts 4 to 5 times a day. I stayed away from anything acidic, carbonated beverages, chocolates,. I eat mostly vegetables such as roasted carrots, broccoli, potatoes and I eat salads with chicken, avocado, spinach etc.
Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. Just make sure you are not eating too much food at one time which can cause gas and discomfort.
Try avoiding gassy foods like brussels sprouts, cabbage and broccoli. Avoid fizzy drinks. Eat smaller but more frequent meals. Avoid anything fatty, rich or spicy; eat blandly. Try a food diary to identify food triggers.
