I feel like I hant to die, the voice inside of me is telling me to go and jump out a window, but I don't do it, I think of the consequences of doing that, but it never helps. I cut, im sad and lonely, nobody likes me, not even my mum who ive been so close to for as long as i can remember, i need help, please help me.
Hi Grace, I'm guessing your a young person? It must be awful for you feeling this way.
You need professional help so start by going to the Drs and telling s/he what's going on and take it from there.
Can you not talk to your mum about your feelings as I think she would be devastated if she knew you were going through this.
I would urge you to contact Childline also if you feel suicidal or have the urge to cut yourself they will help you with this.
Please seek help and keep posting here esoecially when you are in crisis, plenty people who can help. Neil
Hi Hun, please don't ever think you are alone. You are most definately not. Have you seen this forum? So many people are fighting the same battles as you daily. It does get better. You have to look at the positives in life. You are alive, you are breathing. Have you seend a doctor to get medication? Just always remember the brain is a tricky thing, it will play with your emotions. Don't give in. If you need to chat please feel free to message me. Remember, you are most definately not alone.
Please don't kill yourself, things may seem bad right now and it might feel like there's no hope but there's always a light at the tunnel. For the last six months I've dealt with nightmarish anxiety symptoms like derealization, shortness of breath, and feeling like I'm going to die everyday. At times I also felt like there was no hope and thoughts of suicide crossed my mind as well but it's not the answer. I didn't leave my house for 3 months and was scared to interact with others. But it did get better with counseling and changing the way I thought about things. Believe that it will get better, it's not forever and you can make your sadness go away. It doesn't control you, you control it.
You should try to see a therapist (and no you don't have to take medication) and maybe find a hobby you enjoy or work towards a new skill. Stay busy and productive, not doing anything just leaves you alone with your thoughts. Talk to your mom about how you feel, sometimes just talking about it helps alot. I know what it's like to feel like everyone doesn't like you but what they think of you doesn't matter, only what you think of you matters. Don't let others being bring you down.
Grace,
we are here for you! You are never alone! Life is definitely worth living but sometimes we need some extra support to get us through the tough times. Is there anyway you can speak with your doctor or a counselor?
When people get the help they need, very often they look back and can't believe they ever felt that badly., And are so happy to still be here and continuing on with life. As you get older, you're thinking changes and the things that really upset you in your youth don't upset you anymore. There is always hope! Never give up!
talk to us anytime On here and you'll get some great support.
I do recommend you speaking with a counselor in person who can really help you. They see this every day with their patients and have the tools to help you regain your peace of mind. See if you can find some resources in the community you live in.
The voice in your head could very likely be fleeting negative thoughts brought on by stress and anxiety and depression. You don't have to let that control your life.
there are also some great audio meditations on YouTube for anxiety, depression, stress. They help you to refocus your thinking and really relieve anxiety. There are many to choose from. Just search YouTube for guided meditation for anxiety or depression or whatever you want.
you will be OK once you learn how to manage the anxiety or depression.
Be gentle with yourself this is not your fault. Don't forget to smile and laugh even when it's difficult. Try to be active and do things you enjoy. Take a walk in nature and appreciate the beauty of that. All of these things have been proven to make positive changes in the brain.
remember we are always here for you 😄🌸🌸🌸
Couldnt have said it better myself!

Hey Grace
Don't do it. You're not alone many of us struggle with the same issue. I also get guilty that's why I don't do it. Your mother does love you. Nobody likes you? No that's not true they do like you. Don't listen to your mind it's lying to you. Don't give in. Fight back. You can do this. Please get help right away. Don't cut yourself that's not the way. Try healthy ways. Distract your mind. Exercise, meditate, yoga, run, music, drive, go out. Good Luck hope you feel better. Let time pass by. Time will heal.

Hi grace4000
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologies for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
Kindest regards
Patient
Your brain is sick and you need help! Just like any other organ in your body, your brain is capable of becoming off balenced. That is causing you to think and feel things that are NOT TRUE.
Ending your life is NOT the answer to this problem.
You need to see a Dr. as soon as possible. I don't care if you need to go to the ER right now, do whatever it takes to see a Dr. and get help.
Medication, therapy, exercise, and healthy eating are only a few of your many options for recovery.
DONT GIVE UP.
