Disability to sit even for 10 minutes with pain, i am depressed what should i do?p

Hi all,
I really really hope that someone will read this message and reply to me

i am having this disability to sit for even only 10 minutes or otherwise pain will come to my buttock, thigh and lower back and it is already lasted about 7 months now, gone to doctors to doctors, 4 colorectal 2 urologist, 3 spine specialist. Now not sure because of standing to long due to disability to sit or any other issue my heel, ankle will also feel sore.

My MRI of rectum and pelvic show all normal, MRI of lumbar spine show only mild L4-L5 bulged disc which spine specialist suggest might not be the cause of the pain. blood test, urine test, Colonoscopy show all also normal.

Lastly last week based on suggestion from my last colorectal based on my photo of my anus suggest that i have anal fistula and perform surgery. it is 1 weeks past and when i try to sit the same symptom come. the pain is in buttock, thigh, and bit of lower back, even the sitting is only around 5 mins.

i really feel depressed and really if it is not due to my daughter and wife might not be here as the pain and the suffers.

Hope i could find angels here that could give me suggestion on what should i do with this suffering pain? thanks in advance

Sorry to read about your pain. I have a suggestion which may or may not work but fingers crossed!
Have you tried either a memory foam cushion, rubber ring or even a Swiss ball to sit on ?
I have intermittent hip pain and use a flat memory foam cushion which helps to take the pressure off when I sit down. I ordered from Amazon . Might be worth a try ?
Not sure if resting your legs on a footstool in front of you may also help? it might be a question of trial and error.
A rubber ring may help (the inflatable type used for swimming)
There is also a backless stool shaped like a Z which used to be recommended for people but that may be too hard.
Would a beanbag or inflatable seat perhaps help?
Memory foam would definitely be worth a try for short term relief at least.
