just a general question, how long did you wait before you got back out in the dating pool? I have read both the first three months and the first six months after diagnosis is the most contagious as well. I’m at two months. I take care of myself I take my antivirals plus a slew of vitamins and I work out regularly. I try to stay in check what what could be going on with my vagina continuously. I would hate to give this to someone else.
