Discoloration of glans penis, pics included. Please help

As you can see in images, there is this discoloration of glans penis. 3-4 weeks ago, I had some white discharge under foreskin just below glans penis head, and some redness when the discharge was washed away. Then I had applied some coconut oil on the red area and since then the color is normal and no discharge has been observed. But the penile head is discolored and this is disturbing me. Sexually active (last on Jan 2020), have conducted STD tests (HIV1&2, Herpes1&2, syphilis, gonorrhea)- all came out negative.

How long have you had this condition?

The discolouration of the glans penis is due to lichen sclerosis, not an STD. You should see a specialist, either a urologist or a dermatologist specialising in genital skin conditions for further help.
In the first instance, they will probably try you on a course of steroid cream.

Thanks Adhari for replying.
I will reach out to urologist in this matter, as sometimes I feel a bit of uneasiness in my right testis, only during night time.

Also, I had a bad case of pseudomonas aeruginosa on my left testis last year, which got resolved after a course of anti-biotics. So I think a urologist will be better in my case.

I will reach out to the urologist this week and possibly find out what it is. Will surely let know about it.

Also, I would encourage you to either post or personally message me on what other possible diagnosis could be there for the problem I am facing here.

Did you see the urologist, what was the problem.. I also noticed some colour fade in my pennies. What the urologist said it is normal or not..
