Hello, I have this issue from six months ago without any reasons it suddenly become like this.I don't have any other symptoms it is just discoloration. the texture of dicolored area is the same and it is not not rough or anything. My anus is red and itchy sometimes. I went to many dermatologists and they don't know what is this. Also, I am circumised by birth. Hi it could be lichen sclerosus or lichen Planus it would be unusual when you are circumcised but not on heard of. You can have it anywhere on your body. The dermatologist never mentioned these conditions to you. Could also be a fungal infection maybe.
they said it is not LS because the texture is normal
it appears more after i pee. When it is erected you cant notice it
perhaps it’s a pigmentation condition something like vitiligo. you don’t have it anywhere else on the body. you could ask for a biopsy perhaps. are you on any treatment?
i tried different treatments but nothing worked and i asked 3 dermatologists to do biopsy but they refused. i think they have lack of knowledge about these diseases where i live and they cant take the risk of biopsy and i heared that we dont have good labrotary to test the sample
that’s difficult then. perhaps you need to persevere until you find one that is able to help you. or maybe somebody else on the forum will have had something similar.
I don’t think there is someone with the same condition in this earth. I searched all the forms there is nothing similar to what i have!

when erect it disappears and the color come back to normal, what do you think??
