Discolored,dry bumps around Penis

Hello,
for a while I’ve been dealing with a small bump above my penis, which infact I thought was a scar, since it looked just like one.

But recently I noticed similar bumps appearing next to the original one and ever since, I have been experiencing itchiness on that area and slightly dry skin.

I have been taking showers nearly daily and exchange my underwear everyday, so I don’t think my hygiene is the issue.

The need to itch occures rarely.

If anything i suspect a shaving accident I once had.

the original white marks look like scaring? maybe that has been there since you were young and you’re only noticing it now, the dry skin bumps beside that are from ingrown hairs from shaving
why do you find you need to shave?
