Hi everyone, I am a 26 year old male and not sexually active since a year but active earlier. Since few years i have noticed my penis is getting discoloured. There was no pain, rashes or itching of any sort. The glans of my penis are whitened and over the years it feels like it is spreading a bit over the years. When erect it is becoming impossible to pull the foreskin fully down. Is this an infection or should i be worried about the same ?

It looks very like lichen sclerosus so you will need to see a doctor for a referral to a dermatologist or urologist. I wouldn’t leave it any longer.
Yes, it could be lichen, you have to visit absolutely a doctor that probably will prescribe you the clobesol cream. Hurry and don’t panic
Can’t remember it’s name, but there is another condition that gives white patches on the skin (not just genitals) that isn’t more then a visual annoyance. Maybe it’s part of the tightening foreskin too.
The name is Vitiligo.
