I had my first cataract surgery on November 10, 2020 and the second one on February 16, 2021. The surgeon used Pan Optix toric implants. I have constant eye discomfort and a headache over my eyes. The artificial tears helps, but only to a point. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it the Pan Optix implants the culprit? I can’t imagine living with this problem forever. Does anyone have a similar problem or a solution? Thank you.

That is a normal feeling after cataract surgery and will lessen and get better. To alleviate that buy over the counter artificial tears. I use Systane - even after 3 years my eyes can feel dry and i use these occasionally.
