Recently I injured my testicles, for about a week I felt a dull pain and slight redness them, i had no problems urinating or anything like that, recently the pains have stopped and everything seemed to return to normal, however as it stopped I started to get discomfort in my perineum (the area between the testicles and bottom) when I sat down, as if I was sitting one something hard, about the size of a marble. Recently this has also started to go, but I still get some slight discomfort there, as well whenever I get an erection that area gets harder too, but there have been no outstanding issues such as blood or odd colouring.
Since things are getting better I was wondering if I should bother seeing a doctor. if these symptoms are cause for concern I will definitely go, however I don't seem to have anything that seems alarming, just rather a bizarre discomfort which does make me slightly worried.
Other things to consider, I am 18, i have IBS and I did have constipation for a while when the discomfort was at it's highest but now it's gone too. I have felt for any lumps or spots and found nothing.
