I understand Jim and agree completely . Being able to empty out is of,course the primary concern, and I am so lucky compared to a lot of the guys who have to self cath.
But I surely do miss the good ole days of blasting 2-3 feet lol. I really thought avoiding a turp would prevent the retro.
